@MWellerFX @hybridathlete @Alan_Couzens Couldn’t agree more but have found I need to do some Zone 3 and then short and sweet Zone 4 as well to complement it all. In ways finding that right ratio I have found difficult. But am very Hybrid focused with cardio & strength

@hybridathlete Experiment with various foods with and without protein, you will be surprised the difference it makes. You may also become aware of how you feel energy wise as you eat and not everything good is good or everything bad is bad to eat.

@johnpeavoy @SkyIreland Possibly look at plugging a PC directly via ethernet to the WIFI Router from SKY and then re run a speedtest. If this proves successful, could be worthwhile getting a TP-Link AV2000 so you can connect both PC's to the router wherever they are in the house. 1/
