@ethiotelecom I don't know why you would ask me to recharge my airtime for a Data only SIM card I bought for you to use unlimited internet monthly. I can't buy my unlimited package because it doesn't have airtime. What kind of idiocy is this? I'm paying 1000 Birr

Account to top-up my data, I send 1000 birr and found out from your 127 call center that I have to wait another day to deposit the rest of my 500 birr.
Now I have to wait another day to use the rest of my money.
I should have known this before I deposit money to my telebirr

Things @ethiotelecom didn't tell you about @telebirr.
1 There are three levels for each account and when you create a new account you're level 1 and your daily account transaction is limited to 1000 birr
5000 birr when you're level 2 and 8000 birr when you're level three.

2 You have to go and get your levels upgrade unless you're stuck on the level you're assigned when register.that means your monthly transaction is limited to 10000 birr.
@ethiotelecom don't you think this is vital information for users because I deposited 1500 birr to my telebirr
