As we end Q1 here's what's happening this spring.
Interest rates have settled. More buyers & sellers are coming out & hunting soon. They are accepting where the market is & yesterdays price isnt todays. Buyers are taking a 2nd or 3rd showing before deciding on the right home.
FEBRUARY STATS ARE IN.
Avg Detached is selling over 1.3M (Biggest chunk of sales each month). Condo sales average over 626K (1/2 price of Detached homes).
Home sales at almost 4,000
New listings dropped 18%. More serious sellers. Market rejecting those who still think its 2021
