Quit sucking, @Walmart: I think Sam Walton would be disgusted with your product testing, description and your return policy. A product I ordered online does not resemble the description and doesn't work. And now you won't let me return it๐ก
Sad, sad details in comments below:
Part 7b: It has a toggle switch, but on clicking the second setting, it then very lightly blows out room temperature air only. I kept it plugged in on each toggle setting for 45 minutes, but when not plugged in the little fan doesn't kick on. I believe it is NOT rechargeable.
Part 7a: I posted this review for that product on their website: The only way to power this item is to plug into one of its two USB Type A ports. Then, 10 minutes after it's toggled on, it only heats up to barely warm, and it BARELY radiates the heat (no fan blows it out).
Part 6: AND (I just discovered) though it was stated as free shipping, I see they charged $0.99 for shipping, $2.00 for 'Add-on services', and then $2.00 for tax. $26.50 up in smoke?
@Walmart Part 5: In the email I received which said it was 'delivered', on clicking the 'Start a return for refund or replacement', it stated, "Not eligible due to other Walmart policies." Again, I feel I'm being robbed. And I'd bet this is happening to untold numbers of others๐
@Walmart Part 2: It had a 3 way toggle switch. Toggled one way, a fan lightly blew room temperature air immediately. Toggled the other way, it got warm, but you could keep your finger on the warm air exit and wouldn't have to pull it away. And, it took 10 minutes to get that warm. Sad.
@Walmart Part 4: Of course, I feel cheated, especially of having a product that I really could use that doesn't work as advertised. But also of time... first, for having to test it and second, for having to write this up. The 'I was robbed' icing on the cake was trying to return it now!
@Walmart Part 3: I could see a small fan turning in the top for each toggle, but when I unplugged the USB Type A connector, that fan stopped. I kept the USB connector plugged in for 45 minutes for each side of the toggle, it seemed to charge nothing. I do not believe it is rechargeable!
#GooglePhotos just reminded me what was happening 5 years ago...remember when @ITENStL used to meet at that little restaurant/art gallery north of Forest Park? With Jim, Francis & Ying in background, it might have been the day they announced their newest EIR, Mary Louise Helbig
