BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Jamie Raskin goes for Donald Trump’s jugular and demands that he return the $7.8 million his companies corruptly received from foreign governments while he was president.

This is perfect…

Taking the gloves off, Raskin sent a letter demanding the money be returned after a bombshell report from the House Oversight and Accountability Committee revealed that Trump used the White House to enrich his companies.

Twenty different foreign countries funneled money into Trump businesses — including China and Saudi Arabia, a blatant violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution.

"Your acceptance of foreign emoluments while in office was a stunning violation of the U.S. Constitution — and a profound betrayal of the interests of the United States and the trust of the American people," wrote Raskin.

Crucially, Raskin pointed out that the $7.8 million is just the tip of the iceberg because Republicans scuttled the investigation before it could uncover the full extent of the corruption.

"Critically, the report was unable to provide a full accounting of the total amount of foreign emoluments you accepted as President, and thus, was unable to determine precisely what you owe to the American people," Raskin wrote. "You spent years litigating against the Committee to prevent us from obtaining any documents regarding the foreign emoluments you received while in office."

Raskin put the problem in simple terms: these countries gave money to Trump's companies because they wanted "favors and specific policy outcomes from" Trump and his administration, many of which they obtained.

Returning the money is a good start, but justice will not be served until Trump is prosecuted for turning the White House into a personal moneymaking scam.

While being questioned by prosecutors from Attorney General Letitia James’ office, Ivanka Trump threw Kushner to the wolves, admitting under oath that it was Kushner himself who introduced her to the Deutsche Bank banker who helped Donald Trump and the Trump Organization commit financial fraud by inflating Trump’s assets in order to secure fraudulent loans for its Miami Doral gold course, the Old Post Office in D.C., as well as a large property in Chicago.

This is devastating news not only for the Trump Organization, but for her own husband Jared Kushner, which she just exposed to criminal liability for helping Trump and the Trump family business commit rampant fraud with her devastating testimony.

BREAKING: Just one day after being slapped with a $10,000 fine for attacking the judge overseeing his New York fraud trial, Donald Trump AGAIN launches an attack against the judge on Truth Social.

In his unhinged post, Trump declared, “The Judge in the New York State case refuses to accept the overturning of his decisions by the Appeals Court. This is a first in the history of the State! HE HAS GONE CRAZY IN HIS HATRED OF “TRUMP.” Also, their “STAR” witness just admitted his statements were all a big lie. He broke down in court. The Radical Left Judge said he doesn’t care. He is trying to protect RACIST A.G. Letitia James, who has no case, lost the appeal, but has a tyrannical and unhinged Trump Hating Judge. She campaigned for A.G. on, “I Will Get Trump,” long before she knew anything about me. This is Judicial Misconduct, coupled with Prosecutorial Misconduct, and somebody from the State of New York must step in and stop this Complete & Total Miscarriage of Justice!”

This is NOT good for Trump, because Judge Engoron warned him yesterday that “the consequences will be even more severe” for him if he continues to attack him — and Trump just did exactly that.

Now, Judge Engoron has all he needs to teach Trump a BIG lesson by throwing him in jail in order to cut off his access to social media and stop him from tainting his case.

BREAKING: Republican candidate Donald Trump gets destroyed by a devastating response from Forbes Magazine’s senior editor after Trump demanded an apology from the Forbes editor after Forbes booted Trump from its “400 List” of the wealthiest Americans.

It all started when Trump posted on Truth Social, “I hereby demand a full apology from the failing Forbes Magazine, and their third rate[sic] psycho writer, Dan Alexander, for the many false and libelous articles they have written about me, and for the cooperation they have given to the Racist and Incompetent A.G. of New York State, Peekaboo James.”

Unfortunately for Trump, Forbes editor Dan Alexander stood strong and gave Trump a blistering response, telling Trump, “Hey Donald Trump, if you want to point out a single false fact in any of the articles I’ve published about you — or in the book I wrote about you — feel free to do so. In the meantime, I’m going to keep reporting on you — and carefully fact-checking every word that I publish.”

Adding insult to injury for Trump, Forbes also issued an official response to Trump as a publication, declaring, “Removed from The Forbes 400, Trump responds as he always has — by lying about his net worth and saying he should be higher on the list. We take extraordinary care in valuing his fortune, and our ownership — which does not include China’s wealth fund — plays no role in that effort. Twice a year, we publish a detailed breakdown of our work, offering a far more accurate portrayal of Trump’s personal balance sheet than the fictitious documents that the Trump Organization has created over the years.”

BREAKING: MAGA Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene shamelessly stands on the floor of the House and "demands" that Congress "move forward on an impeachment inquiry on Joe Biden" over alleged "corruption."

Even worse, Greene had the gall to demand that Donald Trump's "wrongful impeachments" be expunged — proving that none of this is about right or wrong, it's about defending her cult leader.

Republicans have fully embraced their role as Donald Trump's personal mafia, and Greene's disgraceful call comes right after Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced his intent to open an impeachment inquiry into Biden.

BREAKING: In Trump’s first sit-down interview with FOX News since he got indicted, FOX host Bret Baier brutally calls out Trump on his indictment lies and repeatedly fact checks him in real time live on the air, leaving Trump flustered.

The confrontation started when Trump declared that the top secret documents were his — and that the “only way” that National Archives could have gotten the documents back to should have been to ask nicely, “Please, please, please, could we have them back?”

FOX Host Baier immediately cut him off, telling Trump, “They DID ask for them.”

Flummoxed, Trump responded, “Because they have no — we were talking.”

Luckily, Bauer didn’t let Trump get away with such a dumb response, because he again pressed Trump in front of millions of FOX viewers, telling him, “The National Archives went to the Department of Justice and got a subpoena to get the documents!”

Trump’s response is one for the ages, exclaiming, “Which they have never done before!”

Bauer responded, “That’s right!

Bauer continued, asking Trump, “Why didn’t you just hand them over then?

Trump responded, “Because I had boxes, I want to go through the boxes and get all of my personal things out. I don’t want to hand that over to the national archives yet, and I was very busy as you’ve sort of seen.

Thankfully, FOX News host Bauer didn’t let Trump get away with that one, setting Trump straight by responding, “Yeah, but according to the indictment, you then tell this aide to move the documents to other locations after telling your lawyers to say you’d fully complied with the subpoena when you hadn’t.”

BREAKING: Trump goes on a deranged, delusional rant at today’s Georgia Republican Party Convention, attacks Special Counsel Jack, Smith, threatens Smith’s wife, goes after Mike Pence, whines about all of the other indictments coming his way, and makes up a word.

First, Trump threw a tantrum over the looming indictments against him over his January 6 insurrection and trying to steal Biden’s win in Georgia.

Then, Trump threw a hissy fit over being charged for violating the Espionage Act, declaring that, “They want to use something called The Espionage Act -- doesn't that sound terrible? Oh Espionage. We got a box, I got a box. The Espionage. The Espionage Act of 1917… They say Trump that is obstructioning.”

Of course, obstructioning is not a word — but Trump is too dumb to know it.

Then, he set his sights on Special Counsel Jack Smith, projecting that, “Deranged Jack Smith. I watched him yesterday go up and talk. He was shaking. He was so scared. He didn’t want to be there because ultimately these are cowards.”

Then, he called Smith and his wife, “Trump haters” and then sent a thinly-veiled threat to Smith’s wife, saying, “I wish her luck.” He knows that his deranged supporters will now set their sights on her.

Then, he went after Mike Pence, declaring that, “He's a nice person, he's trying to get nasty though, so we might have to fight a different way."

He ended his speech by inviting Marjorie Taylor Greene on stage and calling her “beautiful.”
