@GoMoIrelandCare eSIM not working asked for replacement now with escalation team could be 5-10 working days with no service whatsoever and they have no way to update me asked could they send email and told no you just have to keep checking in with us on web chat
@BoseService 0ver €250 wasted and 2 earbuds now only fit for the bin also your support team and customer care needs a serious upgrade in training send me a number to contact bose ireland only to get through to the uk that cant do anything
@BoseService shocking customer service use resellers that cant offer replacement charging cases for purchase now have €300 set of earbuds that are only fit for the bin as i cant charge them
@BoseService Waste of time replying cannot purchase a replacement case as they dont sell them in ireland maybe before you launch a product in a region you should make sure you supply replacement products to the same region
@aaroadwatch waiting on a refund was told be 10 days which has past ring up and then told will be over 4 weeks after I was left on the side of a motorway for 9 hours and lied to about when the truck would arrive emailed manager 3 times to no reply will be pulling all policies
@VodafoneIreland done my upgrade last week over the phone only to find out your agent signed me up to a new contract with a new number told would receive a call from manager within 48 hours 4 days later no call and told it's 48 working hours now being billed for 2 numbers
Drove two hours to store yesterday who had the phone say there was technical issues and to come back walked around went back an hour later and the phone was sold
@VodafoneIreland trying to do an upgrade been passed from person to person phone showing in stock online and sales team says it’s in stock but they can’t do upgrades passed through to care who then tell me all phones are out of stock
@ThreeCare So again tonight no service spoke to webchat team have dm you a screenshot to be told no mast has been fixed and to wait as it will be fixed soon. Have been told this every day for last two months. can a manager please contact me by lunch tomorrow or i will port both numbers out
@ThreeIreland 2 months now nearly with 2 mast in my area not working told my account be credited still hasn’t happened. Told just to wait but cant tell me when masts be fixed. But yet you still want your bills paid. In a sim only and won’t even release me from contract. @comreg
