@British_Airways Lindsey, I’m not being funny but surely no company has a backlog of complaints that it takes more than 26 days to reach out to a customer, your Twitter team respond in e hours maybe some of you guys should jump on the phones. Disgusting service

[Dave Coyle @davecoyle55]

@British_Airways when I send evidence you them have the audacity not to reply to the complaint! Any other passenger on flight BA2037 LGW to MCO on 3rd May I’ve had my claim accepted and money refunded, so get your claims in to this joke of a company and appeal if needed

[Dave Coyle @davecoyle55]

@British_Airways 26 days, still nothing, any danger of someone giving me a call.....

[Dave Coyle @davecoyle55]

@British_Airways @British_Airways 21 days still waiting for a response, claim reference 21248452 if you have forgotten it.....

[Dave Coyle @davecoyle55]

@British_Airways Responded in 1 day when you blamed the weather, when evidence is sent and you have no leg to stand on you don’t reply for two weeks #unethical

[Dave Coyle @davecoyle55]

@British_Airways Yes, 2 weeks ago and still no response, and when I call it says to go online which I have done numerous times. Reference 21248452

[Dave Coyle @davecoyle55]

@British_Airways your customer service is horrendous and actions are unethical, how can you compensate my booking due to you cancelling a flight 10 hours before then my mum and brother who were on the same flight but different bookings you say aren’t eligible cos of weather? Joke

[Phil Weir @vagabond_71]

Nice to be able to play in the same side as these two yesterday 😄🏏🏆

[Dave Coyle @davecoyle55]

@British_Airways can’t believe the disgusting and appalling customer service I have received, cancel our flight 8 hrs before departure then over a month to sort out a refund, every time I call just passed around different teams! Joke of a company!!!
