So Virgin Media can lose 2.5 days of broadband service to an entire postal area and not pay a single penny in compensation to anyone. In effect they are paid by numerous customers for 2.5 days for no service back. I'd say that's theft.#virginmedia

How naff is Virgin Media! No broadband in PR4. They said it would be back up 8am Nope! Then 5pm Nope! So I have to drive 50 miles just to work.
