@dorchen2025@PaulZeise It's not pointless to watch WNBA players and coaches try and claim they'd welcome transwomen in the league. It's honestly interesting because it's only a matter of time until they could end up having to put their money where their mouth is.
@bnkrjms@Rajatsoni@grok BLS calls homeowners and asks how much they believe their equivalent rent would be. Is that data used to determine what the actual national average rental rates are?
@HumamAnamoly It's gross to think those "secret" unhealthy meals shown in the hospital were only able to happen because the people behind the cameras not only allowed it but likely facilitated it.
@basedbtc_@Rajatsoni How is it disingenuous to say it doubled in 18 years when thats true? Yes its gone up 40% in the last 6, but YOU said it doubled in the last 6 which isnt true.
Also, the average rent hasn't been $700 since 2002.
@sulsurv1vor@Rajatsoni Rent doubled in 18 years, consumer price index aims for 3.5% annual inflation which means prices should double every 20 years.
Granted, about 40% of that growth has come in the last 6 years.
Today's average rent took from 2008 to double, about 18 years.
The consumer price index aims to have 3.5% annual inflation, which means the goal is for prices to double every 20 years.
Housing hit that number two years ahead of target, granted about 40% of that growth has been in the last 6 years.
You can be mad at the numbers, but stop being mad at the numbers you are making up.
