@bphillipsonMP And on the subject of fitness for office - the only βrealβ job you have ever done is work for your motherβs charity - so what, exactly, qualifies you to do your job??
@AngelaRayner You have zero credibility as a politician. Your tax affairs demonstrate you are the hypocritical βdonβt do as I do, do as I sayβ political class - no different in office than the Tories you so disparage. Why should anyone listen to a word you say?
@oeogovuk@bphillipsonMP That is an outright lie. You and your fellow Labour ministers in government & in opposition signed up to the luxury beliefs of gender ideology & argued that TWAW. You are a hypocrite of the highest order.
@BBCNewsnight@vicderbyshire@UKLabour doing what all parties do - rewarding & looking after those more likely to vote for them - in this case, public sector workers, younger people, union members - and shafting those who are less likely to support them - pensioners, landlords & rural voters
@char1iewatts Great idea but Bristol needs a significantly better bus service than that currently provided if @bristolgreen and @BristolCouncil really want people to get out of their cars - the current bus service is expensive & completely unreliable, & virtually nonexistent after 7pm
@SkyNews@RobHarris You quote @lisanandy here - a politician who in the past has advocated for men to be accommodated in womenβs prisons - and is therefore somewhat lacking in credibility when it comes to discussing the safeguarding of women
@Keir_Starmer Iβm unclear as to why you did go into politics as youβve never clearly articulated what you believe in or what your vision for our country is.
@culturaltutor Thank you for doing what you do - reading your posts opens my eyes and I learn something new every week - and I get to see some great art
@trishgreenhalgh Confirms what we all suspected at the time - the NHS discharged patients they knew had Covid to care homes they knew could not cope. They knew care homes couldnβt cope cos all hospitals daily send patients to these settings. Outrageously she was promoted & knighted.
@Keir_Starmer Have a word with @RosieDuffield1 about misogyny in @UKLabour from the likes of @lloyd_rm & @BenPBradshaw. Ah β¦ but youβve never spoken to her have you ? Only Labour MP in Kent, increased majority in 2019 election β¦. but you have no dialogue with her β¦. your words are hollow
@ProfKarolSikora Agree - this will cost us Β£250m & those in charge have no interest in asking difficult questions, no interest in learning lessons & come the next pandemic those in charge will take the same wrong decisions all over again - the inquiry is a coverup by the establishment
@SkyNews@NickMartinSKY βbarge will be up & running, govt had no choiceβ There is a choice, to treat asylum seekers as fellow human beings, & show them dignity & respect. Instead, to divert from their multiple failings, our govt will demonise & βotherβ people who ask only for compassion & understanding
@PaulEmbery Concept of economic migrant is elusive & subjective - is a migrant fleeing poverty & oppression in Afghanistan/ Eritrea/ Syria etc asylum seeker or economic migrant? Or a way to create a spurious division btw βgoodβ & βbadβ & perpetuate a despised other to blame for all our ills
@UKLabour So nothing about legal routes to claim asylum?? At heart @UKLabour is no different from the Tories in creating a demonised βotherβ to blame for all the countryβs problems - your argument is only that you would manage a broken & inadequate system better
