@Manuka_93 @DFitpreneur I've seen a lot of athletes squatting heavy in pre-season only to tear an ACL in the 1st or 2nd game. Think it has something to do with either building a lot of muscle quickly & not focusing enough on mobility or it could be these 4G pitches. Or it could just be coincidence

@CorkGourmetGuy@brendanhennessy I think most people would disagree with you. He is absolutely ready and is first choice at the moment bcos of his form. Most people don't view it as a risk at all. He'd be starting even if we were playing France but to each his own
@CorkGourmetGuy@brendanhennessy I don't understand the issue. Prendergast obviously has huge potential but he lacks experience. We are finally developing depth at 10. The competition will be great for both of them over the next few years

The 5 principles I live by:
1. I'm responsible for everything in my life. Everything.
2. Action cures all.
3. I can learn anything.
4. Take care of yourself, body and mind.
5. Momentum matters.
Most people read lists like this and nod. Then do nothing.
Here's what separates winners from wannabes.
Winners take principle #1 and:
- Audit their calendar daily
- Cut toxic relationships instantly
- Fix problems without blame
Winners take principle #2 and:
- Start before they're "ready"
- Build while others plan
- Ship products at 80%
Winners take principle #3 and:
- Read one book per week
- Reverse engineer success
- Learn from their competitors
Winners take principle #4 and:
- Sleep 7+ hours (non-negotiable)
- Exercise like their income depends on it
- Feed their brain like an athlete
Winners take principle #5 and:
- Do one revenue-driving task daily
- Build systems to multiply results
- Never break the chain
I've taught these principles to thousands.
The readers stay poor.
The doers get rich.
You don't need more principles.
You need more action.
@MeeraAIIT Can I ask why you say to use ChatGPT and not Grok? I am currently using both side by side and find Grok gives me more accurate and detailed info that I have to go digging for on ChatGPT
@stijnnoorman Was just thinking about mentors yesterday. An affirmation that kept playing in my mind was - "everybody needs (or certainly could do with) a Mr. Miyagi" ๐๐
