No. There have been plenty games that have the actual data on the physical discs, which are then read and copied onto the console's SSD and then put together once all discs have been read and copied. These are not keys, and they do not require an internet connection. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Baldur's Gate 3 (Deluxe Edition), and Horizon Forbidden West (Complete Edition) are a few examples. The complete games, which are playable from start to finish, are entirely on those discs.
@raginOKCTHUNDER@Mattmanver2 Video games, both retro and modern (including games for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X), have had physical releases that spanned more than one disc before. All of it does not have to fit on one disc.

Lettuce isn't even a topping you can order with that item. They're only meant to have chicken and cheese. 🤦♂️
