@jicflores Yes I agree it’s a shame that they don’t contribute, but compare Yankee Stadium, Citi & Barclay’s they all pay PILOT tax not property tax which is a small percentage. MSG is the oldest of them, so if it is rebuilt it would be subject to the new taxes like these pay
