@virginmedia I’m now into my 4th day without broadband. Your customer service people are unable to give me any information other than an estimated fix time (just like the previous 4 ‘deadlines’ they gave me). 1/4
@virginmedia Plus, I have now spent £30 on mobile data etc. as a direct consequence of your failure, and yet your compensation scheme entitles me to less than £10. How is that fair?
I am now into my 3rd day with no broadband @virginmedia. Your tech people admit it is an issue ‘in the area’ and not my kit. They have given me multiple promises as to when it would be fixed which have all been lies. I’m regretting ever switching to @virginmedia.
