@deltanmuslimah I'm saying yours was smooth because the recipient cooperated. After 72hours,you,the bank,EFCC,etc. can't legally keep the lien if the account owner applies for it to be lifted. It can only be extended with a court order.The 72hours only you gives time to apply to the Court.

This is plausible only because the recipient agreed to return the money. The lien you placed has only 72hours to elapse and the person regains access to the account. Also the bank has no right to remove money from an account without court order or holder's consent.

I have successfully recovered my money from two scam vendors by applying to the bank to place a lien on the account and I didn’t need a lawyer. You can too!
