@BrewDog thanks for resolving this

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@BrewDog I’m still waiting for the remaining part of my delivery to arrive from an order in November. I’ve tried the one line form but not even getting an automated reply. Is there anyone who can help?

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar Great advice, but any updates on when you will have some batteries to install?

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar is there any update on batteries delivery and installation. Our solar panels were installed on April but we are still waiting for a battery.

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar Hi, thanks, they have arrived today and removed the scaffolding.

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar hi, is spent 3 hours on hold yesterday but no one answered, plus email and it got bounced back. Can someone please call me as you finished 4weeks ago and I still have scaffold in place

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

They started 19th April and finished last Thursday. Although I still have a spare solar panel that they need to pick up

[Narendra Tailor @NarryT2016]

@davejamesbrown @GET_UK_solar This does not look good. When did they start and have they completed the installation.
They started mine on 22 May and so far they have come twice and the end is no where in sight. I suspect it will be completed next year.
Potential customers, be warned.

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar once again I called today, and was promised a call and a email later in the day but nothing!

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar Ok, I had three calls today with the installation team and each time promised a call and not surprisingly no-one called.

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar this is getting a joke, you are now transferring calls to a full voicemail box.

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar Our roof is rosemary tiles that are fragile and can not be loaded. This was picked up by the original installers

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar They arrive but didn’t have suitable equipment (ladder and protection for the solar panels) to allow them to fit the bird protection.

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

They arrived but didn’t have the correct materials.

[Dave Brown @davejamesbrown]

@GET_UK_solar any update on the team arrival?
