The EHR ecosystem needs to be reinvented. we should be asking basic questions: why does it exist, why is it mostly text, and how can it be automated? Instead of relying on manual input.
i was working on an idea start with chief complaint and automatically suggest labs, assessments, medications, and visit codes and etc. all of these can be predicited by LLM.
