Hey @SUBWAY do you have a lot of pushback on franchises not honoring your FLBOGO promotion? I've had two orders cancelled because the restaurant said "corporate dictates this and we cannot afford to honor it".

@joholdenx3 Sometimes you gotta go to social media to get attention when your account rep and the support engineers aren't making any progress and refuse to give a timeline on a fix!
The @Backupify /@datto /@KaseyaCorp merger disaster continues. Been trying to backup < 5tb of data for a 1.5mo. Eng dept says "multiple customers are having issues, we have no timeline of a fix" my account rep says "you're my only customer with 'bad luck' having this issue."
