Trying to get home from Chicago but @Delta flights in Detroit were backed up due to de-icing and now the plane door is broken. Hope Delta does something nice to make up for this series of unfortunate events.

The @Delta flight was already three hours late this morning and then the flight attendant hit the door on the ground when they opened it and broke it. Three more hours no answer and I moved to the next flight. Six hours of my life gone.
