@Uber @Uber_Support why is this acceptable? This driver was 5* rated with excellence and was very unsafe on a wet, busy M25 on route to Heathrow. I felt very uneasy as a passenger. Not only was he unsafe, he was tired, couldn’t speak English and blamed his error on the traffic

Leads with the head on at least 2/3 of the blocks. If the defenders had any idea about how to tackle and had momentum/enthusiasm to stop the play both could have ended with serious injury.
