There weren’t enough busses & they were boarding slowly. NoHo & Pierce were literally no wait so this was frustrating in comparison. Thankfully leaving was smooth and faster. Thank you Metro!

@SouthwestAir On Tuesday, you canceled my flight, forcing me to cancel all my plans and incur cancellation fees. Today you rebooked me on a different flight w/a layover. You can’t cancel and then un-cancel. Unacceptable. I demand a refund and reimbursement of cancellation fees.

@tomorrowland There needs to be some sort of official statement regarding the incompetence with mailing out treasure cases that we paid for. This festival had 2.5 years to figure it out. Thousands of people will be forced to wait in long lines to collect their wristbands. Unacceptable.

@Delta I have been on hold for 5 hours. The customer service from this company is terrible. Delta should be ashamed! Spend your money elsewhere. Since I’ve tried many ways to contact this company I have no choice but to file a dispute for services not rendered.
