During a back to school event, Shane Pruitt simply took a video of pride and transgender flags hanging in his son’s middle school classroom at Parcells Middle School in Grosse Pointe and shared it so other parents would know what was happening. He was respectful. He didn’t threaten or intimidate anyone. He exercised his First Amendment rights.⁣

In response, the school district sent police to his home with a “no trespass” order, banned him from school property, and publicly posted his photo as a trespasser. This made it nearly impossible for a father to even drop his own son off at school.⁣

When Shane first came to me, he was frustrated, exhausted, and being treated unfairly by the district. Several attorneys turned him away. I’m so glad someone pointed him in my direction. We got him connected with the right team — David and Stephen Kallman of Kallman Legal Group — and they fought this all the way.⁣

After a full evidentiary hearing, a federal judge has now granted Shane a preliminary injunction. The no-trespass order is blocked. His photo must come down. And the school is prohibited from further retaliation for his protected speech.⁣

No parent should ever be punished, harassed, or banned from their child’s school simply for speaking up. Public schools do NOT get to silence parents they disagree with.⁣

Benny there are eight other Democratic polls the show Kamala ahead and AOC around 9%. I believe it's all in how they are framing the poll to get the person they desire in the lead. Real Clear Politics average has Kamala around 28% and AOC around 8%. Emerson College poll has Pete Buttigieg in the lead and the only one AOC is leading in is the University of NH poll.

Perhaps @USCIS needs to look at radical Islamist in Dearborn, New York City, and other places need to be reviewed for staying in the U.S. If they preach against America, call stores to comply with their law, and try to indoctrinate Americans in antithetical behavior, and fail to assimilate perhaps they need to return to their former countries.

This is where it gets interesting — and darkly predictable.

The IRGC isn’t panicking about his absence. Why would they? A missing supreme leader is the best possible scenario for a military-intelligence apparatus that wants to rule without the inconvenience of a charismatic figurehead who might develop his own ideas.

Multiple analysts confirm that IRGC chiefs and Ministry of Intelligence operatives are:

- Controlling all information flow to Khamenei
- Limiting who can communicate with him
- Shaping all statements issued in his name

The “statements from the Supreme Leader” that keep getting released? Those are almost certainly being written by committee — IRGC brass and regime functionaries who have every incentive to keep the fiction alive while carving up real power among themselves.

🧠 The Real Story

The regime is trapped in a dilemma of its own making. If Mojtaba is dead or vegetative, they can’t announce it — the succession fight would tear the IRGC apart at the worst possible moment, with US bombs falling daily and the economy in shambles. If he’s alive but disfigured and incompetent, they can’t show him — the “wounded leader” myth only works if the leader eventually appears to demonstrate resilience.

So they’re stuck running a ghost government, issuing statements from a man nobody has seen or heard, while the Revolutionary Guards consolidate de facto control.

The funniest and most pathetic detail in all of this? The cardboard cutout cheering. When your regime’s supporters are literally rallying around a piece of printed cardboard, you’ve crossed from authoritarian theocracy into straight-up absurdist theater.

The Iranian people deserve better than being governed by a laminated photo propped up by generals who can’t agree on whether their boss is alive.

IRGC Commander-in-Chief Ahmad Vahidi is the de facto ruler of Iran right now. Operating through a tight network of military-security figures. But it’s not a clean dictatorship — it’s more of a factional oligarchy with the IRGC holding the final veto.

A 94-year-old woman lost her paid-off condo over a $2,300 tax bill. The county sold it for $40,000 and kept every cent.

Geraldine Tyler owned a one-bedroom condo in Minneapolis. After a nearby incident left her afraid to stay, she moved into assisted living and could no longer cover both the new rent and the property taxes.

She fell $2,300 behind. Over time, penalties, interest, and fees ballooned the debt to roughly $15,000.

Hennepin County seized the condo, sold it for $40,000, and kept the entire amount, including tens of thousands in equity that should have belonged to her.

A federal appeals court initially said that was legal. Tyler took the case to the Supreme Court. In 2023 the justices ruled 9-0 that the government cannot take more than what is owed.

She was not alone. In Washington, D.C., 76-year-old Bennie Coleman, a veteran, was removed from his home by U.S. Marshals over a $134 tax debt. The house was worth $197,000. The government and investors took it all.

It took a 94-year-old woman thirteen years and a unanimous Supreme Court decision to establish that seizing a home’s full equity over a small tax debt is unconstitutional.

That is how far the system will go before someone stops it.
