@grand_palladium we were not offered an apology & you tried to move us to a smaller room.When we refused we were given another room and we had to move our luggage without any help and the glass hadn’t been cleaned up putting our safety at risk.I have all the evidence documented

@vauxhall Mines been in the garage now for 9 weeks for a “Simple Repair” Vauxhall kindly gave me a basic model petrol as replacement. The dealership have not called me once in 9 weeks with an update. I will never buy a Vauxhall again

@Motor_Ombudsman please can you advise my rights. @vauxhall have supplied us with a lease car that has now been on for repair for 8 weeks and still no idea if/when we will see it again. They have loaned us a car nearly half the value of the one we are paying for

@vauxhall My car has been in for 5 weeks now and I am told it may be months due to a defective part you fitted. As the hire car you gave me is a basic spec model can you please change it and give me a like for like replacement. Garage says it may be months until it’s repaired
