Is there any likely hood, that these bus replacement buses will be cancelled?

What I want to know is:
1. Do I change at Wimbledon
2. Are there any disruptions to the service on this line

I'm wanting to get the train from Shepperton to Fulham Broadway on Wednesday afternoon, is everything running OK , will it be best to get a travelcard, if so what one? Can I get it on your app?
I guess I'll get to Wimbledon, then go on the District Line?
