One more suggestion, I am also in Info. Technology field and developer. If i create support ticket from sage customer portal I can see ticket reference. But once I got reply subject is "Someone has shared a Sage Knowledgebase article with you".

I have old.items non-stock which has attachments,notes. I am aware if i update items Par number/ItemId with Item class Stock then it creates new item but then how to link old attachment, notes?
I appreciate your help on this
