What do the player(s) in possession do when they get the ball inside the opposition 65? Carry into trouble or panic pass.

@runcertain @nettlebum77 I had better fun at a spin class at 6am this morning than they looked to be having. A pilot should not be sterilised, it should test the upper bounds. Implement the measures they are applying under normal working conditions, unless they want to use that pilot as a control.
