@tweethue My hue sensors are not registering motion in the Alexa app (but are in the hue app). I have a hue bridge and software is all up to date. I have had many problems before with the sensors where I’ve had to re-enable the hue skill to fix it, but it now doesn’t work at all

@tweethue Confirmed (see screenshot below). As context, this is a routine that I have been using for a while now, and has been working fine until the last few days

@tweethue I have now deleted the connections and re-established them. Now the hue sensors are sensing motion within the Alexa app, but not running the routine in Alexa to turn on the hue lights (the routine works with the lights if I manually run it in the app)

@tweethue I have an echo show and an echo dot, but the routine that uses the sensor is in the app and should work automatically I would have thought

@tweethue Yes they are (sensor v1.1.27575, Alexa and hue apps the latest ones in the App Store on iPhone)
