@qrsupport Shocking customer service. Son left without baggage in Sydney due to delays from manchester...should have arrived today but no updates...and that business class

Really disppointed with Qatar Airways. Firstly the flight from Manchester to Sydney via Dohar is 3 hours lat taking off. Then the bags from the manchester flight aren't transferred to the Sydney flight meaning my son is stuck in Sydney with no clothes etc. Cant contact anyone
