On 11.30 @northernassist Stockport bus replacement. 11.35 driver still outside smoking a cig. Raised the issue with a @VirginTrains 'Customer service' rep in charge. He told the driver..'Take your time'. When I asked the Virgin bloke's name, he refused and told me to 'Shut Up'!
