@Phil_Lewis_ This is rare. This is one thing I agree 100% with Brown on. There are too many employed journalists with a following that create a narrative and run with it by drawing on their own inferences, instead of fact.
@jmi1323 I'm just not a huge fan of these scenarios where the Celtics are giving up Derrick White and not getting a guard in return. I like the fact that White is another ballhandler and can initiate offense. Some of the best defense at the guard position shouldn't be undervalued either.
I am a Boston Celtics fan. These are my honest thoughts on the Jaylen Brown trade. I believe this thinking aligns with that of Brad Stevens and the Celtics' brass.

Watching tonight's Mexico vs. England match in the World Cup confirmed a belief I've had for a half decade: Jude Bellingham is the LeBron James of soccer. Best midfielder on Earth.
@esidery The Charlotte Hornets have had a fantastic offseason. There is a clear, common vision for this team within the organization. Each move made was calculated. What a breathe of fresh air seeing this franchise turn itself around.
@esidery@TheSteinLine Rui Hachimura is not a starting power forward on a championship team. The team that would get the most value out of Hachimura is a team that can bring him off the bench.
@BallUpTopBrad Celtics need a guard more than they need a wing right now. Plus, what 1st round pick are you talking about? The Clippers 2028? Brad Stevens would not do this.
Boozer and Mara was a great display of fundamentals. Power dribbles. Ball fakes. Simple, effective basketball. They both use angles well. It will allow Boozer to play above his size.
@MrBuckBuckNBA This summer league game featuring Boozer and Mara is a great example of a craft that will become increasingly more valued in the NBA over the next few years: Low post moves.
