@KrockFootball If a 48-year-old with no AFL coaching experience can see our forward structure is killing us, why can’t the blokes in the box?
Winning inside 50s but failing to score has been the same issue for weeks. Is it personnel, stubbornness, coaching — or all 3? Something has to change.
@KrockFootball Who in the VFL actually makes our AFL side better?
People are calling for Miers, Clarke, Steven’s & Bews. clearly the coaches see it differently.
Plus who among the younger players are closest to a callup, there’s talk about Polkinghorne & Burke but I’d say next season for both
@KrockFootball Hate saying it, but SDK is our best ruck right now. Junk’s future is bright, but SDK’s marking is back & he offers more around the ground at the moment. Maybe give Junk minutes against the 2nd ruck & keep developing him. Blitz down back to cover for SDK could work well for both.
@FootyFGPod I beg to differ. Sheedy built a reputation on bold tactical moves, Leigh Matthews wasn’t shy about changing tactics. Nobody saw Shane Ellen going forward except Blight, even last year Neale was named sub. Plus Scott has said they’re not good enough to get cute or be tricky
@KrockFootball Shows how important SDK is down back. Dangerfield looks like he’s gone a year too long. And honestly, whatever Brad Close has on Chris Scott must be strong—can’t believe he’s still getting picked. In hindsight, they probably went one week too many before giving Junk a rest
@BazDarty Stanley wasn’t great on Saturday in the 2’s but they’ll definitely manage Blitz and Martin
O’Conner will come in
Probably either Clark or knevitt
@priji_cyril At his press conferences and again tonight on 360, he said they he thought they performed well, but never once mentioned that he thought they’d outplayed Hawthorn all game
Clearly, listening isn’t your strong suit
@AmericansFooty Mullin played on him last year prelim..
O’connor played on Wettle
Clark not a half forward unfortunately..
until Stengle is back either Close or Wiltshire will play and in today effect I’d rather Wiltshire
@KrockFootball Everyone knew that tap was going to Newcombe out of the centre, so how is it that Aitken wasn’t on him and he’s just run on his own not once but twice
@theheraldsun The Herald Sun says Melbourne is “running out of water” and idiot people just believe it & blame the government..
Reality check: water storages are at 75%, higher than this time last year.
But never let facts get in the way of a scary headline.
