@JMacD147@RhunapIorwerth I agree, and have been saying so since the GE. Plaid must target those areas, in the valleys and the north east where traditional Labour voters are turning to Reform.
@AjwwalesWillams@TomiCaws How can you vote for a party that has no leader in Wales or policies for Wales. It is a PLC with two directors, NF and RT.. guess who they are only concerned about.
@Padarn2@RhunapIorwerth@WelshLabour@Gwlad_Gwlad Whilst I would dearly like to think that will be the case the fact that many voters in the South and North East voted for Reform in the last election is very worrying.
@_EthanHine@PolitlcsUK@SkyNews I suppose it makes a change from the previous Tory mob, although it's a shame the Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper could not have been more forthright in her response to the question. It would be nice to see a change in the present arms policy.
BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith drops a bomb on Donald Trump by filing a superseding indictment against him in the election interference case — focusing the allegations to better hit the mark after the Supreme Court's absurd immunity ruling.
This is expertly done...
"The superseding indictment, which was presented to a new grand jury that had not previously heard evidence in this case, reflects the Government’s efforts to respect and implement the Supreme Court’s holdings and remand instructions in Trump v. United States,” the special counsel’s office stated.
The prosecutors did not drop any of the four primary charges that they originally brought but they have carved out a different approach to avoid pitfalls imposed by the Supreme Court.
The original 45-page indictment has been slashed down to 36 pages and allegations have been removed that the court claimed were wrongly filed.
In this newly reworked indictment, prosecutors convincingly argue that Trump had no constitutional powers pertaining to the post-election transfer of power — changes aimed at providing a bulwark against the court's claim that the president is immune when exercising his official powers.
"The Defendant had no official responsibilities related to the certification proceeding, but he did have a personal interest as a candidate in being named the winner of the election,” the superseding indictment reads, referring to Trump's efforts to derail the Electoral College certification on January 6th.
By retailoring the indictment to better suit the new paradigm established by the Supreme Court, Jack Smith is keeping his eyes firmly on the prize.

Who really benefits from Wales' natural resources? 💭
Today, Keir Starmer is in Wales discussing clean energy projects, but with the monarchy set to profit from our wind farms, it raises an important question: Shouldn't Wales control its own natural resources, just like Scotland? 🏴
