HS players really need to understand what JC is. It is a stepping stone to something bigger! Didn’t get the D1 offer you hoped for? Go JC and give yourself another chance.
The NCAA’s new 5 to play 5 rule just made the JUCO route a whole lot more valuable.
Think about it:
You can play more, pay less, and put yourself in position for better scholarship opportunities while keeping the same eligibility as everyone else.
Instead of spending two years mostly developing and collecting practice film, you’re getting two years of real game reps and experience.
At the end of the day, if you can develop on the field, save money, and still have the same amount of eligibility left, why wouldn’t you at least consider the JUCO route?
@GhouseGriffinFB will develop you and showcase you in your ability to play to transition to the next level 🤞🏽

Quick game is not where the quarterback should be trying to organize chaos.
It should be one of the cleanest answers in the offense. Catch, confirm, sequence, deliver. Pure progressions give the QB a defined order, protects timing, and keeps the ball moving before the rush or coverage can fully declare.
Efficient offense is not always explosive. Sometimes command is 2nd and 5.
A few run cuts from the last three seasons. Went from running a lot of called read option plays at Granger, to two in two years at Weber where we were RPO heavy.

RECRUIT.
DEVELOP (MOST IMPORTANT)
GET YOU OUT (RECRUITED)
RINSE & REPEAT
This is the process and the cycle for a Juco coach.
NO JUCO COACH CAN GUARANTEE any placement based off relationships. I’ll tell you the truth. YOU AS A PLAYER have to do all the small things.
We just leverage and use our relationships to get you exposure when you are worth it. You keep asking how many D1 guys are each coach getting out? HOW MANY GUYS ARE D1 WORTHY?! HOW MANY GUYS DID YOU DEVELOP?! Not how many D1 guys did you help make lateral moves? Stop being fooled by guys who are taking P4 kids and those kids are getting offers from group of 5 schools and FCS schools after playing for said coaches. The name of the game is FREE EDUCATION and OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY. But when you’re selling shit sandwiches as wagyu, best believe I’m a call the health inspector on your ass 🤣🤣🤣 #JucoThoughts
Working on my base with Coach Ringer @RockyMtnSlinger He is a huge reason I am getting the opportunity to continue playing in college. He is always locked in on every rep. He always has useful feedback and helps me to get better EVERY lesson. He is also a great mentor. I am very fortunate to have found him three years ago.

Quarterbacks have to watch so much film that they know the answers before the snap.
That’s the difference.
Everybody loves the throw. Nobody talks about the hours.
A real QB doesn’t just line up and hope. He already knows:
•the front
•the coverage
•the pressure
•the leverage
•the protection
•the answer
If you’re figuring it out after the snap, you’re already beat.
Anybody can throw it. Very few can process it.
