RJD voice was without limit and he put it out at every performance. Dio and Richie Blackmore was a spectacular experience let along Cozy Powell, Tony Carey, holy fuck.
Eddie Van Halen was at every Rainbow show at the Forum as well watching Richie and RJD et al;. I place RJD as one of the great rock voices for so many reasons.

I saw every rainbow album tour live at the LA Forum. Every show was like they were recording the album totally duplicated studio most phenomenal voice of all time that type of rock ‘n’ roll. I compared to Van Halen as perfect studio sound was live. It was like they were just playing their studio album. It was so clean and crisp.
