@grandoldteam@CincyToffees b1 is a standard size in Europe. North America uses different “standard”sizes (unsurprisingly). B1 is closest to US poster (24x36) or large poster (27x39) so will need to be scaled to fit.

@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 Nice 10lb pork length you’ve got there. How was it? I’ve never made a Porchetta, I think I’ll take a crack at that one day
@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 Nice - the hotter the better. I don’t use my charcoal bbq as regularly as my gas one but it defo gets better temperatures. The gas tops out at about 500f so that’s around 255-260 I think
@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 How hot does your pizza oven attachment get? I’ve done some by just sticking my pizza stone on the bbq & they work okay
@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 But I’m also thinking we’d get more use from a gas fire pit because if it’s a hot summer we can’t burn wood... all these things to think of when doing projects!
@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 Yeah there’s no shade on our deck either, we’ve just bought a big 10’ umbrella for this summer but ultimately I want an undercover bbq area with a projector & screen too!
@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 Awesome - I’m thinking I’ll be doing similar with mine but I want to build a gazebo on the deck first so it’s under cover
@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 They’re just standard charbroil bbqs tho - nowt fancy. I do fancy a traeger pellet smoker though but Kel would think 3 bbqs excessive
@TheIrateGasMan@76dirtyharry76 I’ve got a charcoal one & a propane one. The charcoal one is for slow roasting & smoking & the propane one is my party bbq for lashing a load of burgers & corn & hot dogs on
@76dirtyharry76@TheIrateGasMan Commuting & bbqing are my main listening times. In the winter we sometimes get power outages too so having some podcasts downloaded keeps me occupied when the Wi-Fi is down
