Stuff like this is easy to say. And so hard to do.
At least for me.
It's so tempting to delay shipping something out into the world in the name of "quality".
If I just tweak it a little more. Polish this piece a bit further. Then it'll be ready!
The more I wrestle with this idea, the more I come back to simplifying scope as the way to move more quickly (instead of sacrificing quality).
