As promised, I wrote a lot about Alex Cora. Check out my full thoughts here on the managerial change and how I will remember AC’s time with the Red Sox.
As the Red Sox wrap up their first full series without Alex Cora, @david16okula broke down everything that came with the shocking decision and the impact that AC made in Boston over the past eight years. Read more here:

Boston, we will miss you.
Gracias for making us part of you. #RedSoxNation, you are the ❤️ of that team, keep believing, you really care and that’s what pushes everyone in the @RedSox to give it all day in and day out.
With respect and love
AC
All in all, it’s a sad day for me and for the Red Sox. People can say what they want, but AC put a ton into this job. He was the final piece remaining from my favorite team of all time and I desperately want to see him thrive wherever he goes next. Forever My Manager.
I have larger thoughts that I’ll put into an article in the coming days, but if anyone knows me, it goes without saying that I’m both angry and sad with the decision to fire AC. To do this 25 games into the season after what he did last year is absolutely asinine to me.
Obviously the start of this year has been disastrous and Cora deserves some blame for that, but he’s not near the top of the list of people who this has been on. I have no idea what’s going to happen now. But I’m pretty certain there are many unhappy players in that clubhouse.
The Cigar needs your help!
We hope to bring our coverage to the NCAA Tournament, but we are not set up to truly support short-notice travel like this without external assistance.
Any support, including just sharing this post, is greatly appreciated!

Rhode Island led by 10 in the first half, but scored just 38 points in the final 35 minutes to drop its fourth game out of its past five. The Rams end the regular season at 16-15 (7-11) and will be the No. 10 seed in next week's conference tournament.
Here in the Bronx for the regular season finale for @RhodyMBB against Fordham. Rams have already clinched a first-round bye in the A-10 Tournament, but they are playing for seeding today and looking to go into Pittsburgh with momentum.
