It's been a fun ride! Thanks to all my fellow Toastmasters who helped me along the way!

Great public speaking advice I heard tonight: "Take what's here [points at heart], put it here [head], and have it come out here [mouth]."

Great article from @SpeakingCPR on how NOT to use stories in your presentations! https://t.co/j96I8gqsHO

Where do you find speech topics? Hint: You've been living them! https://t.co/Cc4uadNlbs #Toastmasters #SpeechTopics

@terrylancaster I'm sure you would have preferred 1st, but 2nd is quite respectable. Congratulations!

@GenedtmGene That doesn't seem like any URL with which I'm associated. What is it? Or were you hacked?

[David Levy @david1levyTM]

@terrylancaster Good luck with the Division contests today!

[David Levy @david1levyTM]

@terrylancaster Congrats to you, too! I have to wait nearly a month for my Division contest. Good luck to you, Tuesday!

Woke up early. Spent some time hammering on my humorous speech. Didn't get far, but I primed the pump. Ideas will surely follow! #TMhumor15

@CynthiaSchuller How did your evaluation contest go? We do evals in the Spring. It's Humorous Speech and Table Topics time in D40.

The "How To Say It" project can add humor to a speech! Try similes, triads, and alliteration. Self-deprecating humor helps, too! #TMhumor15
