Supporters are advised of the App Sharing function which will allow you to access multiple tickets within the app.
You can set up a new App Sharing relationship in friends and family. Your child/dependant’s tickets will then automatically appear on your device too.
Please note should your account be in a strong relationship with a child under 16, their tickets will automatically appear in the adults app without altering your relationship to App Sharing.
To set up this relationship, login to the ticketing website https://t.co/ZVAc7HKRLa and hover over your initial in the top right corner. From here, you will need to select Friends & Family from the menu that appears.
If you are editing an existing relationship, click on the 3 dots next to your child/dependent and select Edit Relationship. From here, the relationship type should then be changed to App Sharing.
Please note, you can only have up to a maximum of 8 supporters linked to your profile with an App Sharing relationship type.
This new relationship type should only be used with trusted people, those whom you set up the relationship with have full control of your ticket. They can forward or resell your ticket.
