@BioRender This happened on August 12. I contacted BioRender Support by email that same day, immediately after noticing the accidental charge and cancelling the subscription.
The email associated with my BioRender account and refund request is [email protected].

Hi @BioRender, please could someone help me with my refund request? I was accidentally charged €440 for an annual Premium plan while my free trial was still active. I cancelled and contacted Support immediately. I'm a student and this is a huge amount for me. Help please :(

[David @David56264664]

@BioRender I genuinely did not intend to purchase the annual plan. I’m a student and this is a very significant amount of money for me. I would really appreciate it if someone from @BioRender could please review my case and help me with the refund. 🙏

[David @David56264664]

@BioRender I was then charged €440.76. I was shocked when I saw the charge, checked my bank account, cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted Support within minutes. I have not used BioRender or any Premium features since.

@BioRender My free trial had started on August 9 and was still active. While using BioRender, I accidentally clicked on a Premium option. A confirmation message appeared and I clicked “accept” without realizing that it would immediately charge me for a full annual subscription.
