Cadence also came 2nd in the 300m - 48.21.

James Monaghan won his 3000m race in 8:58 with Joan Melanophy returning to the sprints, competing well in the 100m & 200m 👏

Hi @abcb_council , are there any proposals for something similar in the Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon area?

Armagh is one of the few and possibly the only county in Ireland without a running track with more regularly springing up elsewhere
