One of the WORST customer support experiences ever. An airline-caused delay, zero ownership, zero empathy, and KLIA staff simply refusing to help. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of passengers. This is not customer service—it’s a complete failure of accountability.

@MAS You left my cousin’s luggage behind in Kuala Lumpur. After arguing with your team, you agreed to deliver it to his Delhi address. It arrived by bike with the bag lock broken.

Is this how you handle luggage? Unacceptable. Explain and take responsibility, or we’ll sue.
