@CollegeBoard @pixiestixgirll Don’t hold your breath. I started a DM on Feb 9 and they stopped even responding over 2 mths ago. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I’d really like to talk to the VP responsible for the SAT program. They are failing miserably.

@rmdalagan @windowsinsider New laptop, came with win 10, upgraded to win 11 25300 fine and now cannot install 25314. I don't want to do a new clean install as I just got it all set up the way I need it. @windowsinsider when can we expect new set of ISOs ?

@CollegeBoard @bacronan 3 mths and after opening 3 cases on missing test scores, CB is still failing to understand WE DON'T HAVE AN ACCESS CODE. We never received one. I'd really like to speak to someon in the US; offshored customer service is a miserable failure.

@CollegeBoard @CB_Forum my son/daughter did PSAT/NMSQT test same day same classroom. She got results as expected on 5 Dec; my son still does not have his scores. We have 2 cases open with CB yet continue to hear nothing. I'm done talking to offshore front line; they can't help.

@CollegeBoard @CB_Forums @bacronan Almost a month now since CB last response to my DMs. Seems like missing test scores are a country-wide and very prevalent issue. When are you going to resolve this ?

@CollegeBoard I’d hardly call losing kids test papers left and right and having folks waiting on scores for 3+ months “clearing the path”. What statute gives CB the mandate to be involved at all in college admissions ?

@bacronan @CollegeBoard Been trying to track down my son's missing PSAT/NMSQT score since results published 5TH DECEMBER. I am very disappointed in the lack of urgency with which this is being treated, having called and had the cases "escalated" several times. It undermines CB credibility to no end.
