@Teabagchampion It is more than likely a lack of energy in the diet, the protein levels are relatively low to have that level of urea so it would indicate low energy. Maybe something like Beet pulp or veg pulp

@eamon_sheehan Iodine could be an issue, lack of it can cause placenta to detach so you could often see cotyledon coming at point of calving. Iodine in water helps but iodine is a tricky thing to manage with saturated intake levels
