Really great weekend at @GlentressForest @GlentressBikes and staying at the @GlentressLodges - couldn’t have asked for better weather. The climb to Buzzards nest was tough but well worth it!!

@StuP44 I think most you do indeed have to sit on it to lower it - I think normally at the start of a descent etc. I’m toying with ththe idea of getting one if I can get out more in the MTB.
