@tobylyte Some progress but not loads. Certain areas of Defra Digital work like this, which is great, but lots still don't. The big plus is that it is very much the way our department is aiming to work. We're just not there yet

@daftagiledan We're now the permissions team, as this is understood internally to mean applying for permits. It being short means it gets used, and it means something to most people. Might change at some point but that's fine too.

@BenMancin1 As often as I can. I try and find myself low priority and relatively menial tasks to keep myself sat at my desk near my team. This allows my to observe and join in if needed, but stops me interrupting if everyone is working well.
