@ID_AA_Carmack C multi-dim array syntax arguably creates more problems than it solves. This reminds me of the ^ debate: why is it an xor instead of an exponent? C operators mapped directly to opcodes. C-style languages need a new metaphor for tensors. Or, use python. The GPU doesn't care.
