Was given a project on Kaduna healthcare dataset and also population dataset to explore the data,which is performing EDA(Exploratory Data Analysis) and report the infrastructure needs of the state if there are any.

So yesterday @CoLab_kd we were taught by @iPablo26 on how to build a data frame using numpy and then converting to a data frame using pandas.
