I had an @att rep come to my door and offer a service for a price. I said that’s too good to be true. I canceled my service and signed up. The bill came and it was 3x the price. I call and was told the 1st bill is high but the 2nd will be lower and the 3rd will be the low price

@ATT @att is a joke. Why would I add more services when I’m already being billed 3x what I was quoted. I have text messages from the rep to prove it. Over 3 months 4 different reps told me my bill would be lower. What a dishonest company.

3rd bill came and it was still 3x the price I was quoted. Called @att and was told there was no promotion for the price I was told. When I asked why multiple reps told me by the 3rd bill my service would be cheaper, they asked if I wanted their cell service
