There isn't enough research to say that people with adhd have an "alternative brain setup".
As well, psychoanalysis isn't the only therapy in psychology.
From the perspective I talk about, behaviourism, mental illness is a rather antiquated term that isn't in use any more.

Quite complicated to explain through twitter especially when is such a significant lack of base.

You are talking from a cognitive point of view wich is not precise.
Working memory is just a way to refer to the behaviour of remembering something in a short period of time.
A crowded room with a lot of noise would reduce significantly your WM
